Our goal is to get you your product as quickly as possible and ship all orders within two to five business days. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you MUST specify this in the comments section or call us at 1-780-513-4386 and speak with a customer service representative. There may be additional costs incurred in such cases and we will notify you if that is the case.

Orders with Free Delivery are shipped Purolator Ground Delivery Service and generally arrive within 5-10 days after your order was placed. You will be emailed your tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm MST.




-With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Fourword does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.

-In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Fourword. 

-To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.


Tracking Numbers


A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your has been shipped. To track your package, please visit Purolator and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you. Once your order is shipped, Purolator will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time. In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact Purolator directly at 1-888-SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123) or call us at 1-780-513-4386 and we will work with you and Purolator to expedite the delivery of your package.


Signing For Delivery


All deliveries MUST be signed for. Otherwise Fourword cannot take responsibility for delivery.


P.O. Boxes


All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post.  Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, Fourword cannot take responsibility for delivery.
